Images you process
When you select an image, it is read by your own browser. Compressing, resizing, converting and PDF creation all happen on your device, using your browser’s built-in image features and code downloaded from this website. Your images and their file names are not transmitted to us or to anyone else.
Images are held in your browser’s memory only while the page is open. They are not saved to cookies, local storage or any other storage, and they are discarded when you start over, close the tab or leave the site. If you choose an image on the homepage and then pick a tool, the image is passed to that tool in memory only.
Processed files are saved to your device only when you choose to download them. Newly created images don’t include camera metadata (such as EXIF details or GPS location) from the original, except when a tool returns your original file unchanged and says so.
Information collected when you visit
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. As with any website, when your browser requests a page, our hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the website and to protect it against abuse, and is handled under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We don’t add our own logging, analytics or tracking.
Cookies and storage
QuickPixel doesn’t set cookies and doesn’t use local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies for security purposes in some circumstances.
Third-party services
All scripts, styles and fonts are served from this website. We don’t load content from other websites. If that changes, for example to add analytics or advertising, this policy will be updated first and your consent will be requested where the law requires it.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above.
