Why it exists
Simple image jobs shouldn’t require installing software, creating an account, or uploading personal photos to an unknown server. QuickPixel aims to make those jobs quick and clear, with honest results: if a file gets bigger, or a size target can’t be met, the tool says so.
How the tools work
Every tool runs inside your web browser. When you choose an image, your browser decodes it, applies the changes you ask for, and encodes a new file on your device. The images are not uploaded to our servers.
The website’s code, including the PDF library and a WebP encoder used by browsers that can’t create WebP files themselves, is downloaded from this website like any other page resource.
The tools
- Image Compressor – Shrink JPG, PNG and WebP files with a quality slider and a before/after size comparison.
- Image Resizer – Set exact pixel dimensions like 1080 × 1080, or scale an image by a percentage.
- Compress to Target Size – Get an image under 100 KB, 50 KB or any size limit, with an honest pass/fail result.
- JPG to WebP Converter – Convert JPG photos to real WebP files, usually smaller at a similar quality.
- PNG to JPG Converter – Convert PNG to JPG and choose the colour that replaces transparent areas.
- Image to PDF Converter – Combine JPG, PNG and WebP images into one PDF with your page order and size.
Cost and advertising
The tools are free. To cover running costs, the site may show advertising in the future. Ads will never be placed over upload areas, settings, results or download buttons, and the privacy policy will be updated before any advertising is introduced.
